 How do your pricing discounts work?

Discounting is calculated based on the total list value of the order basket. - To check discounted prices, add products to the basket and check the View Basket page.

 

 

Do you offer trade discounts?

For businesses who use our products regularly there are additional trade discounts available.  - contact us for more details.

Our almost unparalleled experience and knowledge of our industry and products means we believe we can match or better the pricing of anyone in our market, while offering nothing but the top quality products, service and support.

 

Found a better price elsewhere?

Our standard retail pricing shown online typically is based on current manufacturing costs (current material prices).

As costs have risen dramatically over the past decade, a supplier with old stock may be able to undercut our shown prices. However with well over a million pounds worth of stock available, we are often able to make exceptions to our standard pricing and price based on the cost of stock . Call for details.

There have also been reported instances where companies have offered products, similar in appearance to Oilite but with low cost 'filler' materials in them which are not genuine Oilite and will not give the same results. Always make sure Oilite is specified on paperwork from your supplier.

 

What couriers do you use?

Courier deliveries will be fulfilled by UPS.

Please call or email us if you require the tracking number for your order and we can send it to you.

 

What is the deadline for next day delivery?

Orders placed before 4pm will be despatched on the same day.

(It may be possible to ship orders up until 5:15pm if your order is urgent. Please call before you order to check if this is possible.)

 

What if I no longer require the goods and wish to return them?

We will accept returns within 30 days where goods remain unused and in good condition. (carriage charges will not be refunded).

Get Your Bearings Ltd must be notified before returning any parts.

 

Can I use different delivery and invoice addresses?

Yes, you can. You will be asked for them separately when you order.

The invoice you are emailed will only show the invoice address. You can view your full order details on the My Account screen online.

 

What are your opening hours?

Get Your Bearings Ltd does not currently have a trade counter.

The phone number is diverted to mobile numbers outside hours so we are accessible whenever you need us.

Emails are also monitored on evenings and weekends.

 

What kinds of payment does Get Your Bearings accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards and Paypal.

For credit accounts we also accept cheques and bank transfers.

 

Can you offer credit accounts?

We can offer credit accounts where customers have established a regular trading history and subject to credit checks being carried out.

We cannot offer any credit on initial orders. Contact us for more details.

 

How does Get Your Bearings use my personal data?

Contact and delivery data is stored so we can contact you in connection with your orders should the need arise.

If you have opted that we may also contact you about promotions or new from GYB they you may also receive this occasionally. You may opt out at any time.

We will never disclose any personal details to a 3rd party.

Get Your Bearings Ltd has no access to your payment details, it is handled entirely by Paypal and Sagepay's secure sites.
